What Pro Fleet costs as you grow

VehiclesPer monthPer vehicle
1$61$61.00
2$73$36.50
3$85$28.33
5$109$21.80
8$145$18.13
10$169$16.90
15$229$15.27
20$289$14.45

No cap and no tier jumps: each truck adds $12 a month. The base is shared across the fleet, so the cost per truck falls as you grow — $61 for one truck, $14.45 each at twenty.

What you keep if you stop paying

All of it. Your records stay visible, editable and deletable on every screen. What switches off is cost per kilometre, fuel efficiency, the tax-time summaries and bulk export. Nothing is held hostage, and nothing is deleted because a card expired.

How HSLedger makes money

Subscriptions. Your books are not a product: HSLedger does not sell, rent or syndicate your records, and does not take a commission on anything you buy. If that ever changes it will be opt-in and stated plainly here first.

Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. HSLedger is a bookkeeping and business productivity tool. It does not provide certified accounting, financial, or tax advice.
